2. What sizes do you carry?

We carry Small through XL in many styles, with a growing selection of 1X, 2X, and 3X. Available sizes vary by style and brand, so each product listing shows the sizes available for that particular item.

We're continually working to expand our size selection.

3. Do you carry plus sizes?

Yes! We have a growing Curvy Edit featuring styles in XL, 1X, 2X, and 3X, depending on the style.

We look for pieces with comfortable, flattering fits rather than simply adding a size label. If you're unsure about fit, we're happy to help you choose.

4. How do your clothes fit?

Fit can vary by brand and style, so we don't believe in saying that everything is simply "true to size."

We provide fit information on individual product listings and are always happy to help. If you're between sizes or unsure about a particular style, just ask us before ordering.

Send us the name of the item you're interested in along with your usual size and, if helpful, your height and measurements. We'll give you our best recommendation based on the specific garment and how it fits.

During our Lives, Caroline shows new arrivals and favorite pieces, styles complete outfits, answers questions about fit and fabric, and helps you decide what works for you.

We receive new merchandise regularly, and new arrivals are often shown through our social media and Facebook Lives before or around the time they appear on the website.

📦 Orders, Shipping & Pickup

12. Where does CG Style Shop ship from?

CG Style Shop is a locally owned boutique based in Cedar Park, Texas, just north of Austin.

Orders are packed personally and shipped from Cedar Park rather than being shipped directly from a large dropshipping warehouse.

13. How quickly will my order ship?

We generally process orders within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its progress.

14. Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Local customers can choose Local Pickup at checkout when that option is available.

Pickup is in Cedar Park and is arranged by appointment. If you're nearby and would prefer to pick up your order, we're happy to help.

15. Can I make a private try-on appointment?

Yes!

If you're local to Cedar Park, Leander, Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, or surrounding areas, you can contact us to arrange a private try-on appointment.

It's a great option if you'd like to see clothing in person, compare sizes, or get help putting an outfit together.

16. How do I know if an item is still available?

If an item and size are available for purchase on the website, you can add it to your cart.

Because we also sell through Facebook Live and other channels, popular sizes can sell quickly. If you're interested in something you see during a Live, we recommend shopping sooner rather than later.

17. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major payment methods available through our Shopify checkout. Available options may include credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and other payment options displayed at checkout.

18. What is your return policy?

Eligible merchandise may be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have their original tags attached. Clearance and final-sale merchandise, as well as jewelry and certain accessories, may be final sale.

19. Do you offer refunds?

Our eligible returns are issued as store credit rather than a refund to the original payment method. Store credit is provided digitally and can be used toward a future CG Style Shop purchase.
