Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your purchase from CG Style Shop. 🌷 If something doesn’t work out, we want the return process to feel simple and fair.
Refunds to Original Payment Method
Eligible full-price items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition, with all original tags attached.
Returns must be requested and approved before items are sent back.
Store Credit
Eligible items returned after 14 days but within 30 days of delivery may be accepted for store credit.
Items must meet the same condition requirements listed above.
Bundle Returns
Bundles may be returned under the same return windows as other eligible merchandise.
To receive a full refund of the bundle price, all pieces included in the bundle must be returned together in original condition with tags attached.
If only part of a bundle is returned, the refund amount may be adjusted based on the regular individual prices of the items kept so that the original bundle discount is no longer applied.
Bundles specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
- Clearance items or merchandise marked Final Sale
- Seasonal or holiday-specific merchandise marked Final Sale
- Gift cards
Return Shipping
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.
How to Start a Return
Please email CG@cgstyleshop.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Once an approved return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund or store credit to be processed.
